This image was taken from a dark site west of Indianapolis on a cold, clear November night.
Kodak Elite Chrome 200 slide film was shot via an old manual Nikon F2 camera mounted on a Vixen R200SS at f/4. The reciprocity factor for this film is an amazing .95! In other words its light gathering capacity falls only slightly during a 20 or 30 minute exposure.
The film was commercially processed without cutting or mounting.
It was then scanned to digitize the images.
Photoshop was used to enhance the color balance and detail.
